One-on-one sessions in a peaceful studio would be a great way to give yourself, and those you care about, a gift of relaxation. Currently appointments are available from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on Fridays. Please contact us today to book an appointment.

- You can use the available minutes any way you wish. A minimum of 20-minute per appointment is required.
- The card can be shared by friends and family members and valid for 12 months from the time of first use.

Changing or Cancelling Your In-studio Appointment
Your appointment is set aside just for you. In consideration of other customers and to avoid a cancellation charge, please give us a 48-hour notice when changing or cancelling an appointment.
